📌 հիմնադրվել է Երևան քաղաքում՝   1989 թվականին,  հիմնադիր տնօրենն է Աշոտ Բլեյանը,  
📌 իրականացնում է պետական այլընտրանքային (հեղինակային) կրթական ծրագիր, որի ընթացքում կարևորվում է սովորողի և ուսուցչի համատեղ ստեղծական աշխատանքը,

📌 5-6  տարեկանների գործունեության խմբերից սկսած՝ ուսուցումը կազմակերպվում է անգլերեն և ռուսերեն լեզուների  ուսուցմամբ, թվային միջոցների կիրառմամբ,  
📌 ունի կրտսեր դպրոցի չորս օղակ՝ Արևելյան, Արևմտյան, Հյուսիսային և Հարավային՝ ըստ Մայր դպրոցից ունեցած դիրքադրության, Միջին և Ավագ դպրոցները գործում են Մայր դպրոցում,  Քոլեջում իրականացվում են արհեստագործական, միջին մասնագիտական կրթական ծրագրեր,

📌 «Դպիր» մանկավարժական հանդեսում հրապարակվում են կրթահամալիրի դասավանդողների մանկավարժական հոդվածները, մեթոդական մշակումները, թարգմանությունները,  
📌գործում են բազմաթիվ ակումբներ՝ «Մանկավարժական», «Գրական», «Բարբառների», «Քանդակի», օտար լեզուների, «Արտադրական ուսուցման» և այլն,
